Hello everyone, I just uploaded on CRAN a new R package, seqhandbook. It is initially intended to accompany a sequence analysis handbook to be published (in French) in 2021 by INED (with some data sets and a tutorial). But it also includes some functions for describing episodes in individual sequences, measuring association between domains in multidimensional sequence analysis, heat maps of sequence data, Globally Interdependent Multidimensional Sequence Analysis, smoothing sequences for index plots, coding sequences for Qualitative Harmonic Analysis, measuring stress from multidimensional scaling factors, and symmetrical (or canonical) Partial Least Squares. Maybe some of them could be useful for you !
